class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Voici le secret de C\u00e9lia en 3 \u00e9tapes :<\/p><p><strong>Etape 1 :<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Pr\u00e9parez un bouillon de volaille.<\/li><li>D\u00e9coupez une \u00e9chalote finement puis faites-la revenir dans de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et ajoutez la citronnelle, le gingembre, la p\u00e2te de curry vert. M\u00e9langez bien.<\/li><li>Ajoutez les champignons et l&#8217;ail.<\/li><li>Laissez cuire environ 5 minutes.<\/li><li>Ajoutez le bouillon, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis versez le lait de coco et le zeste de citron vert.<\/li><li>Faites cuire une quinzaine de minutes.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Etape 2\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salez le saumon et d\u00e9posez-le dans une po\u00eale chaude avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Faites colorer le saumon sur les deux faces. On d\u00e9marre la cuisson c\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentation et on termine c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau pour plus de facilit\u00e9. Mouillez le saumon avec un peu de bouillon et faites cuire le tout pendant 8 minutes environ.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Etape 3 :<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Faites cuire le riz et les petits pois \u00e0 l&#8217;eau. R\u00e9chauffez le tout en d\u00e9posant le riz et les petits pois dans un fond d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale.<\/li><li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langez le jus de citron, le sucre et
