class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour la r\u00e9alisation, suivez le chef !<\/p><p><strong>Pour le sorbet framboise (recette de ma grand-m\u00e8re, avec la cardamome comme touche personnelle)<\/strong><strong> :<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>M\u00e9langer la pur\u00e9e de framboises, le jus du citron et 150 g de sucre dans un mixeur pour donner une consistance mousseuse \u00e0 la glace.<\/li><li>Mettre sur le feu avec un peu de vanille, deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de grenadine et la cardamome.<\/li><li>Mettre au frais pour refroidir le tout.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Pour les macarons :<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Tamiser le sucre glace et la poudre d&#8217;amande.<\/li><li>Monter les blancs en neige.<\/li><li>Ajouter 150 g de sucre et meringuer.<\/li><li>Incorporer le sucre glace, la poudre d&#8217;amandes et le colorant (rouge\/pourpre).<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la spatule selon le mouvement sp\u00e9cifique aux macarons. L&#8217;appareil doit devenir brillant et moelleux et former un ruban.<\/li><li>Dresser les macarons sur du papier cuisson \u00e0 la poche \u00e0 douille.<\/li><li>Laisser les macarons &#8220;cro\u00fbter&#8221; 30 minutes \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li><li>Avant d&#8217;enfourner les macarons, toucher d\u00e9licatement les coques du bout des doigts : si \u00e7a colle, attendre. Si c&#8217;est sec et que \u00e7a ne colle pas, les macarons sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 aller dans le four. Cuire 12 \u00e0 15 minutes \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Pour finaliser la recette\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Quand les coques sont pr\u00eates, lancer la sorbeti\u00e8re. Si vous n\u2019avez pas de sorbeti\u00e8re, vous pouvez mettre votre sorbet pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 dans les macarons et passer les \u00e9tapes suivantes.<\/li><li>Quand le sorbet est pr\u00eat, le pocher sur les macarons avec une poche \u00e0 douille.<\/li><li>Disposer le tout au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/li><li>Sortir les macarons ICE du cong\u00e9lateur 5 minutes avant
